Made by macerating the flowers over a period of several days, this cordial carries the simple but powerful essence of elderflower. The elderflower flavour is further enhanced with the addition of Gimlet Bar's home-made elderflower vinegar, whihc is made directly from elderflowers, as opposed to infusing flowers in wine vinegar.
