Set up by brothers Charlie and Thom Bradley, New Theory stocks low-intervention wines from some of South Africa’s best farmers. Love Bite is a Beaujolais-style Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. It is grown on old vines that create a healthy concentration of red fruits, soft tannins and a moreish saline note. Best served chilled. ABV: 12%.
