A much much hotter version of the loved Pepper and Pear Relish. More savoury with a whole bunch of heat from lots of habaneros, and a little aromatic from cardamom plus a punch of garlic.
Lovely with pâté and other savouries, or as a condiment on things like steak and barbecued food. Great with a cheeseboard. Use it as a marinade. Try adding it to soups and stews to pep them RIGHT up :)
