This is a variation on the traditional Baj's Blazin Hot Sauce. This one is inspired by Baj's sister and is deep, smoky and slightly more mild than her other sauces. This one is heavier on the paprika and red peppers making it excellent as a marinade, egg-toper or to add a lovely depth of flavour to a slow cook!
