The Wasabi Company is a family-run business, specialising in growing and supplying fine Japanese ingredients. This is a smooth and complex single-distilled and unfiltered Wasabi-flavoured vodka, made by distilling English-grown wasabi in copper pot stills together with a small-batch artisan vodka. The resulting drink is buttery at the start, then flavours of sweet mustard and radish give way to high notes of star anise and pepper, followed by a complex, lingering warmth. Use in a Bloody Mary cocktail.
