This three-bottle bundle brings together three of their experimental small-batch stars. ‘Figgie Daniel’ is a lively Col Fondo sparkling with a light spritz and notes of green apple and elderflower. ‘Little Bee’ is a skin-contact Pinot Gris with layers of orange peel, white strawberry and soft grip. ‘Furze’ is a richer blend, aged under flor, with baked apple, nutty weight and gentle tannin. Pour chilled with seafood, root veg or salty snacks.
