Tonkatsu is a Japanese brown sauce, and this is Milk's take on the classic HP. It's fruity, sweet and rich.

Traditionally it's served with deep-fried, breadcrumbed pork, but Milk slather it over their famous fish sando.

It's an excellent addition to your brekkie, or a great sauce for your homemade sandos.
