Return Process

Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival to ensure all perishable items are in perfect condition and match your order details.
- 2.Contact Support
If your food items arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect, please email our support team within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will coordinate with the specific independent maker to verify the claim and determine the best resolution, typically within 2 business days.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent by the maker or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
